In gratitude for all the gifts God has given us, our parish celebrates “Stewardship Awareness Sunday” annually on the fourth Sunday in September. This year it is on 9/24. This is our opportunity to renew our covenant with God for all that He has given us. Even though it is called Stewardship Sunday, the annual renewal takes place through September and October. Highlights this year include:
- 9/17 – 2017 Parish Stewardship Report sent to all parishioners highlighting all the “good works” of our parish ministries over the past year.
- 9/24 – Fr. Yates and Fr. Pollman will give stewardship homilies on the gifts of Prayer and Participation.
- 10/1 – A fellow parishioner will give their witness of how the stewardship of their gifts has strengthened their faith.
- 10/7 – Annual SFA “Mass in the Grass” and the parish Fall Festival.
- 10/15 – Covenant Card Weekend – Each parishioner has the opportunity to renew their covenant with God during Holy Mass and lay witness talk.
