Mrs. Julie Bingham

Learning Specialist

Hello! I am Julie Bingham.  I am thrilled to be at St. Francis of Assisi. I am passionate about working with students to inspire a love of learning and help them discover what great things they can accomplish

I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in educational leadership.  I am a proud graduate of St. Louis University. Go Billikens! 

Throughout my career, I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th grades, worked as a learning consultant, and been a principal.

As the Learning Specialist, I work with students of various grade levels during their Language Arts classes. I collaborate with teachers to tailor learning to students' strengths, needs, and interests. The learners receive daily help to reach the highest possible standards and learn the skills required to succeed. I help to provide flexibility in the pace of instruction based on the individual learner's needs, allowing them to speed up or take extra time. It is my hope and goal to unlock the full potential of every student.

In my free time, I work out, watch Cardinal baseball, and plant various flowers and vegetables in my garden. My husband and I also love to travel and spend time with our family. 

I am grateful to be a part of the SFA Family.  Our teachers, staff, students, and families are a joy.
