It was a BIG Day for Kindergarten! Their chicks hatched, and they spent the day at the St. Louis Zoo. It was an awesome Friday.

Today, SFA Safety Patrol celebrated their year of early mornings and cold weather by going to the Cardinal game. They even brought home a winner! Thanks to Safety Patrol for helping keep arrival time at SFA safe every day! #sfapanthers
The 5th grade has been learning about how different points of view can change a story. Today, they read and discussed fairy tales told from various points of view. It was fun to see how a story told by the "stepmother" or "big bad wolf" changes everything!

It was an exciting day in Kindergarten. The chick eggs have arrived! The kindergartners are eagerly preparing to be good chick moms and dads. The expected hatch date is April 23! #sfapanthers
Congratulations to our First Communicants, their catechists, and their parents! Saturday was a beautiful day!
This morning, students from St. Pius X High School came to St. Francis to speak with our recent First Communicants about St. Pius, the patron saint of First Communicants. They taught the students about Blessed Carlo Acutis, and some documented Eucharistic miracles. We thank them for sharing their time with us and giving the second graders prayer and First Communion cards.
