Musial Moments came to SFA today. Inspired by the great Stan Musial, this innovative program fosters civility, respect, and selflessness among young people throughout the St. Louis region.
This energizing program shared impactful stories and encouraged the students to have fun, be good, and play right. Students are challenged to show kindness, integrity, and selflessness, just as Stan The Man did during his illustrious career.

St. Francis of Assisi in Oakville prays for St. Francis of Assisi in Franklin County.
6th Graders participated as members of the Roman Senate in a simulation today! They held nothing back as they tried to bribe voters to their side (with Flo-bucks of couse!)
Preschool loves the letter of the week. S is for SCIENCE! They had fun with erupting volcanoes, walking water, Skittles experiments, magnet exploration, and hunting for creatures (cicadas and worms) outdoors!

Can you spot the butterflies? Third grade studied animal adaptations and camouflaging. The students used their knowledge to create butterflies that camouflage with their classroom’s surroundings.
They also spent the afternoon at the Butterfly House.

Congratulations to Mrs. Jo Hufker! Nurse Travers nominated her for the St. Louis Dairy Council's Homegrown Hero Contest. This campaign was launched with one goal: to honor people who do heroic things every day, right in our own backyards.
